McNaughton spoke about the unprecedented support the Ontario Progressive Conservative party received from the province’s labour sector, as well as current and future plans for infrastructure and major projects.
He also spoke to recent safety incidents and the ministry’s commitment to occupational health and safety, continued work to mitigate COVID-19 challenges and skilled trades initiatives including a focus on immigration into the province to help address the ongoing labour shortage.
