EPCOR will be conducting a two phase evaluation process for this RFQ.
In Phase 1 of the evaluation process, EPCOR will review all Replies and evaluate each Reply based on the criteria set out in Section 4.4 of the Main Body.
EPCOR will then choose qualified Replies to continue on to Phase 2 of the evaluation, those Proponents will be emailed.
To complete the Phase 2 evaluation, the selected Proponents will be required to submit proposed pricing and Replies based on the specifications and drawings for the Work that will be included in the Contract.
The technical specifications and drawings for the Work will be provided by EPCOR to those Proponents selected to participate in the Phase 2 evaluation.
