Tender Description
Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Maple Ridge (CMR) invites tenders for the 232 Street Road and Drainage Improvements (132 Avenue to Silver Valley Road) Project. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, traffic management, erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation and disposal off-site, import gravel, swale construction, ditch construction, erosion blanket, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, retaining walls, road drainage, watermain, storm sewer, paving, lane marking, street lighting and surface restoration.
