Tender Description
Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Powell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
The Contract is for the Runway 09-27 Strip Ends at the airport. The major element of work
includes the followings:
Existing Topsoil Removal
Common Excavation
Supply and Construct Embankment Fill c/w Slope Stability System
Restoration with Topsoil and Hydroseed
Replace fence and gate with new (provisional for supply of new gate)
Landfill Closure Plan
Permanent landfill cover
Surface water management
Access road construction
Optional work to cover the outside of basic scope of work limit
