Demolition and site work for a fire / police facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
The demolition and removal of the entire building and foundations of existing Fire Hall 17. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
-Hazardous materials, all hard surfaces, entire building, foundations, all remaining equipment/finishes, and landscaping unless otherwise noted;
-Decommissioning of existing monitoring wells;
-Removal of existing underground storage tanks, associated fuel lines and pumping station;
-Soil abatement associated with removal of underground storage tanks;
-Removal and capping of site services at property line unless differently shown on the documents;
-Furnishing of all tools, plant, labour, materials, equipment and supervision.
