The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for a Contractor to replace substation 3 and 4 located at the Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Ranges (CFMETR) at Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
Tenderers are required to pre-register 48 hours prior to the site meeting with the DCC Bidder Contact adam.pakvis@dcc.cdc.gc.ca including Nationality and Full Name of all planned attendees. Attendees are required to show government issued photo identification when checking in for the site visit.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening Security Level, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
