The City of North Vancouver is inviting responses to this Request for Proposal from qualified consultants with extensive experience in the design and implementation of non-motorized, multi-use (pedestrians and cyclists) bridges. The City is seeking a consultant to work closely with municipal staff and key stakeholders on the detailed design and the required specifications to build a new walking and cycling overpass across Highway 1, south of Lynn Valley Road.
