The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to solicit submissions from suitably qualified General Contracting firms to undertake the construction of the Riel Park – Phase 5 project. The City of St. Albert will evaluate the Proposals in accordance with the qualification criteria outlined in this RFPQ.
The RFPQ is the first stage of a two (2) stage selection process to select and enter into contract with a General Contractor to undertake the Riel Park – Phase 5 project.
