Tender Description
Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Enoch, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 59,200-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the Enoch Cree First Nation K-12 School project includes, but is not limited to the following work:
– Construction of a new K-12 School on the Enoch Cree First Nation Reserve, in the Province of AB.
– The project includes a new single story K-12 School with a total new construction area to be 5,500m2.
– Along with the New K-12 School will be site work that includes regrading of the site to suit the placement of the school, a parking lot, and new sports fields.
– A new perimeter fence will be placed around the school site.
– Site work will also include creating pathways to an existing grove of trees that are to remain.
