Scope
Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Sudbury, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 193,007-square-foot, five-story above grade, 320-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. * Owner did not award this work. Extendicare (Canada) Inc. invites Construction Managers to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a new 320-bed Long-Term Care Home of approximately 193,007 square feet in the community of Sudbury, Ontario. The scope of work to be carried out under this contract will be included in the RFP Conditions. Interested Construction Managers are invited to obtain copies of the RFP materials by writing to: Mr. Mitchell Cairns-Spicer, Montgomery Sisam Architects Inc., mcairnsspicer@montgomerysisam.com Each Proponent is requested to submit one (1) digital copy of their response to the RFP in a portable document format (PDF) file labeled "Construction Manager RFP for Extendicare Nottingham LTC."
