LAVAL, QUE. — Future residents of Laval’s 30-storey, $100-million residential tower project had an opportunity to preview the facility recently as the Regroupement quebecois des residences pour aines held an open house late last month.
The project, located on the bank of Riviere des Prairies in Laval, will feature 167,350 square feet of common space, 206 rental apartments, 48 serviced condos and 32 Rose-Aimee care units, a media statement said.
Amenities include a virtual golf course, training centre, swimming pool and marina, and a dining room overlooking the river.
The architect was Maxime Frappier from the firm ACDF who used materials such as birch and oak. The residence is slated to open in July.
The Selection Panorama Prestige project was the recipient of The Global’s 2017 International Award for the most impressive retirement project in Canada, the statement said.
Selection Retraite is a division of Reseau Selection, which has more than 40 complexes in operation or under construction across Quebec.
