Construction is moving along for the Sonic Condos at Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue in Toronto.
The developer/owner is Donmeg Developments Ltd. and the construction manager is H&R Construction Management Ltd. The owner’s rep is Lindvest Properties. The work includes two towers with over 660 suites and townhomes. Amenities will include a yoga room, fitness facility, steam rooms, hobby room, music room, party room and barbecues. The project was designed by IBI Group Architects. Interior Design is by U31 Inc. and the landscape architect is NAK Design Group. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical /electrical).
