Work on the 90-unit project started in February 2013. Duet's finale is slated for fall 2014.
Farmer Construction is the general contractor and the design was carried out jointly by Victoria’s de Hoog and Kierulf Architects, and Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership Architects of Vancouver.
Consulting engineers include: Read Jones Christoffersen (structural), Applied Engineering Solutions (electrical) AME Group (mechanical), RDH Group (building envelope) and Ryzuk Geotechnical Engineering.
