Work is progressing at the Canary Block Condos on Front Street in Toronto. The developer of the 12-storey tower with 187 suites and underground parking is Dundee Kilmer Group. Constructed by EllisDon Corp. and Ledcor PAAV Inc., the project will have retail on the ground floor and amenities will include a hotel-class lounge, party rooms, a fitness centre and an outdoor pool and terrace. The project was designed by KPMB Architects and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); Cole Engineering Group Ltd. (civil); U31 (interior design); and NAK Design Strategies (landscape).
