Altree Developments kicks off Toronto’s Zorra project

TORONTO — Altree Developments has announced it is breaking ground on its 35-storey, 340,000-square-foot Thirty-Six Zorra condominium project in Toronto’s Etobicoke community.

The project at 30 Zorra St. at The Queensway and Islington in is being undertaken in partnership with EllisDon Capital, stated a Feb. 13 release.

Eighty per cent of the units were sold in six weeks, Altree reported. The building will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, suitable for millennials and young families, according to the release.
