Pinnacle International is the owner/construction manager of the 48-storey tower with 366 suites, a six-storey podium with retail and underground parking. Amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub, party room, fitness centre and yoga room. Architects for the project are Hariri Pontarini Architects and Turner Fleischer Architects. Consultants are Urban Strategies Inc., Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Janet Rosenberg + Studio (landscape). Subtrades include Michael Bros. Excavating and Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.
