Work progresses on a new mixed-use building at 299 Campbell Ave. in Toronto.
The developer is TAS Design Build and SKYGRiD Construction is the builder. The work includes one 15-storey tower with 235 rental suites atop a podium with retail and a new library that replaces the old Perth/Dupont library. The project was designed by Teeple Architects and the library was designed by Building Arts Architects. Consultants are Blackwell Structural Engineers, Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical), HOK (interior) and Ferris + Associates (landscape). Subtrades include Michael Bros. Excavating.
