Work is underway for the Y&S (Yonge and Soudan) Condos on Yonge Street in Toronto.
The developer is Tenblock Development and Tribute Communities is owner/general contractor. The project includes one 36-storey, 304-suite tower with a mechanical penthouse, office and retail space and five levels of underground parking. The amenities include a co-working space, a meeting room, party rooms, a catering kitchen, guest suites, a yoga studio, fitness centre and a children’s room. The project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc. and consultants are R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (civil) and NAK Design Group (landscape).
