Window work is moving up on the E2 Condos on Roehampton Avenue in Toronto.

The owners are Metropia, RioCan Real Estate Investment and Capital Developments Ltd. The construction manager is TMG Builders Inc. and the work includes one 47-storey, 439-suite tower with a mechanical penthouse and three-levels of underground parking. Amenities will be located on the ground floor, mezzanine and second floor and this tower will have a direct underground connection to the E Condos retail concourse.
