TORONTO — Colliers has announced that Franklin Holtforster, founder and president of Colliers Project Leaders Canada and Middle East, has decided to retire.

Olivia MacAngus, currently chief development officer, will succeed Holtforster as president, effective June 1, 2022.
Prior to joining Colliers Project Leaders in 2019, MacAngus was managing director of capital projects and infrastructure at PricewaterhouseCoopers and vice-president at Plenary Group, stated a recent release. She is the founding chair of the Future of Infrastructure Group.

Colliers has 30 offices across Canada and six offices in the Middle East. Colliers Project Leaders is a specialized project management and real property solutions adviser.
