Facade work is moving along at the Time and Space condominiums in Toronto.
The owner is The Pemberton Group and the construction manager is Saddlebrook Management. The U-shaped project includes two 29-storey towers and two 19-storey towers with approximately 1,600 units and retail on the ground floor. There will also be one level of underground parking and 10 levels of above ground parking. The amenities will include a fitness centre, theatre room, an outdoor dining area, and a pool with cabanas. The project was designed by Wallman Architects Ltd. and consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural), United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical), and The Planning Partnership (landscape).
