Floors are moving up at the River & Fifth Condos on Defries Street in Toronto.
The project, being constructed by Broccolini Construction, will consist of one 37 storey tower containing 580 suites with three levels of underground parking and 12, two-storey townhomes on the ground floor. Amenities include a fitness centre, party room, rooftop terrace and a pool. Completion has been scheduled for early 2023. The project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architect Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MCW Group (mechanical/electrical); Hunter & Associates; Lithos Group Inc. (civil); U31 Inc. (interior); and NAK Design Strategies (landscape). Subtrades include Orin Enterprises (demolition).
