CANDEREL — Canderel’s 10-storey 625 Sheppard project in Toronto features a design by Graziani + Corazza Architects.

TORONTO — Canderel has broken ground at 625 Sheppard, a new 10-storey mid-rise in Toronto’s Bayview Village neighbourhood.

Architecture is by Graziani + Corazza Architects and interiors are by II BY IV DESIGN. The project team was joined by Toronto Councillor Shelley Carroll for a ceremony on the site, stated a release.

Principals in attendance included Joshua Berger, Richard Diamond and Ben Rogowski of Canderel and Riz Dhanji of RAD Marketing.

The suites range from studios to three-bedroom suites, many with private balconies or terraces. The building is 98 per cent sold, with 75 per cent occurring in the first two weeks.

“We’re thrilled to be celebrating the start of construction at 625 Sheppard. This building offers a diverse range of highly crafted living options, from spacious, two-storey townhomes and combo suites to first-homebuyer suites,” stated Ben Rogowski, COO of Canderel, in a statement. “The intention is to accommodate unique lifestyles, ultimately improving the quality of living in our communities. We’re almost sold out and that success is a testament to the power of variety.”

Canderel has offices in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Quebec City, and manages approximately 28 million square feet of real estate.
