Ventana Construction Corp. is the general contractor for a new seniors housing project in Vancouver, B.C. Legacy, a six-storey midrise, is taking shape near Oakridge Mall.
GBL Architects Inc. did the design.
The project will include 91 independent living units. Consultants on the project include John Bryson & Partners (structural), Jade West Engineering Co. Ltd. (mechanical), Pioneer Consultants Ltd. (code), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical) and Aqua-Coast Engineers Ltd. (building envelope).
