Floors are on the rise at the T3 Sterling Road project in Toronto.
The owner is Hines and the builder is EllisDon. The work includes a remodel of a museum for the construction of a six-storey office and a 10-storey office. T3 Sterling Road is comprised of three next-generation heavy timber creative office buildings. The project includes below grade parking, at-grade retail and a programmed public park adjacent to T3 Sterling Road and the Museum of Contemporary Art. The project is WiredScore Certified and will target LEED Gold and WELL certification. The project was designed by DLR Group (design) and WZMH Architects. Consultants are RJC Engineers (structural), The Mitchell Partnership (mechanical/electrical), Vortex Fire and EQ Building Performance (geotechnical).
