Stantec announced on June 28 that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Calgary-based Cimarron Engineering Limited, an engineering consulting company specializing in development, design, installation, and integrity maintenance of oil and gas pipeline systems and station facilities.
Stantec announced on June 28 that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Calgary-based Cimarron Engineering Limited, an engineering consulting company specializing in development, design, installation, and integrity maintenance of oil and gas pipeline systems and station facilities.
Cimarron’s current projects include the TransCanada Keystone pipeline and the Enbridge Woodland pipeline in northern Alberta.
Cimarron operates offices in Calgary and Edmonton and will join Stantec's existing oil and gas and power groups in those cities.
