Mullen Group Ltd. has signed a letter of intent to acquire Smook Bros. of Thompson, Man., a privately owned construction firm with a key position in the energy, natural resources and government sectors in northern Manitoba.
Mullen Group Ltd. has signed a letter of intent to acquire Smook Bros. of Thompson, Man., a privately owned construction firm with a key position in the energy, natural resources and government sectors in northern Manitoba.
Mullen expects Smook will add about $40 million in annual revenues. Smook will work closely with Mullen Group’s largest subsidiary, Winnipeg-based Kleysen Group LP, to serve the Manitoba market.
