HAMILTON, ONT. — Greybrook Securities and Tribute Communities have announced the purchase of 151 acres of land in Hamilton with the intention to build a community of 1,200 low-rise homes.
The total value of the deal was reported to be $112.5 million. The parcel of land is located at Fletcher Road and Golf Club Road.
“Hamilton is a great place to live. We look forward to bringing new low-rise homes at attainable price points to this growing part of the city to help address the significant need for housing in Ontario,” said Greybrook CEO Sasha Cucuz in a statement.
The project will be Greybrook’s 16th residential development with Tribute.
