The One is the first building complex to take form as part of Concord Pacific’s $1.3 billion False Creek Central development, which will introduce several residential buildings, retail space and an entertainment zone to the last undeveloped land in downtown Vancouver.
The $34 million set of two buildings was designed by Bingham Hill Architects.
Engineering is provided by Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers (structural), Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd. (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical).
The project is slated for completion by 2015.
