TORONTO — After six years in operation, R-Hauz has rebranded to Assembly.
According to a release, the team sat down in early 2023 to explore how to demonstrate its growth and ambition as a company.
R-Hauz started with three individuals, a shared vision and a desire to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the housing industry: making building faster, easier, sustainable and more affordable.
Assembly represents this vision, the company stated in its release.
“We are builders first, having successfully completed projects for private clients, municipalities, and nonprofits,” said the company in a statement. “With your support and lots of hard work we have grown into a team that is 27 strong. Our new brand reflects our ongoing success using a prefabricated approach to create sustainable timber housing units and the desire to scale our offsite manufacturing capabilities, which will allow us to assemble housing more efficiently.”
