VAUGHAN, ONT. – The Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON) is giving back this holiday season.
On Dec. 14, RESCON president Richard Lyall presented a cheque for $50,000 to the Daily Bread Food Bank at 191 New Toronto St., Etobicoke. Carol Eby, senior manager, corporate partnerships at the food bank, accepted the cheque.
Since 1983, Daily Bread Food Bank has worked to meet emergency needs while advocating for long-term solutions to end poverty with 207 programs across Toronto from a 108,000 square foot distribution hub in Etobicoke.
