VILLE SAINTE-CATHERINE, QUE. — Quebec developer Cloriacite has announced that its 10-storey rental residence POLE LEO in Ville Sainte-Catherine, Que. will be ready for occupancy this July.
The developer has partnered with the Fonds immobilier de solidarite FTQ on the project, stated a release. The project has 140 apartments and is located on Leo Street, just off transit route 132, 20 minutes away from downtown Montreal.
The residence is linked by a new collector street with access to a multi-purpose trail. Other amenities include a private day care on the ground floor, co-working space, gym, a secure space for parcel delivery, EV charging stations and a rooftop terrace.
“Considering the housing shortage in Quebec, the delivery of these units couldn’t come at a better time. POLE LEO is centrally located in an appealing area that’s suitable for every type of clientele,” said Martin Raymond, CEO of the Fonds immobilier de solidarite FTQ, in a statement.
