WESTON, WIS. — Walsh Construction has announced it has completed a new 80,000-gross-square-foot steel-framed warehouse for Amazon’s Last Mile Delivery program.
Walsh and designer Ceso, Inc. worked with Ambrose Property Group to deliver the single-storey warehouse that features precast concrete panels and purpose-built truck docks, stated a recent release. The warehouse structure features various functional zones along with an office area, break room, restrooms, ablution rooms and employee lockers.
The facility offers 28,000 square feet of canopy space for deliveries with weather protection, as well as extensive concrete and asphalt paving.
