The owner is Plaza Corp. and the construction manager is TMG Builders. The project includes one 32-storey, 408 suite tower with podium, three levels of underground parking, 12 townhomes and a new park. Amenities include a fitness studio, party room, pet spa, lounge. Outdoor terrace and a pool. The project was designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Novatrend Engineering (mechanical/electrical); Counterpoint Engineering (civil); and O2 Planning + Design (landscape).
