ST. PAUL, MN – Big-D Construction Midwest recently started construction on a 303-unit, mixed income, multi-family apartment complex in Golden Valley, Minn. called Sentinel Apartments, the company’s largest project to date.
Located at 640 Wisconsin Ave. N., the development sits along Highway 55 between the Highway 100 and 169 interchanges overlooking the Brookview golf course. The project is led by local developers Sentinel Management Company and Monarch Commercial Real Estate.
Situated on nearly four acres, the six-storey complex will offer studio, alcove, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Premium units will feature fireplaces along with larger floor plans, custom closets and cabinets and high-end appliances. Residents will have access to amenities on the property including a courtyard featuring year-round outdoor sauna and hot tub, pool, fitness center, group fitness studio, a tiered theater room, a sky lounge and a rooftop terrace with grill station, work from home spaces and a golf simulator.
The project is scheduled for completion in early 2026.
