KIRKLAND, QUE. — Pandora Self-Storage recently celebrated the opening of its first-ever 150,000-square-foot self-storage facility in Kirkland, Que.
Built by Broccolini, the $39-million project has more than 1,000 fully climate-controlled units designed for both residential and commercial use.
Broccolini broke ground in May 2024 following the acquisition of a 2.17-acre site at 16781 Autoroute Transcanadienne, states a release.
Other highlights of the build include:
- Zero Carbon Design certified
- Interior accessible and drive-up units
- An onsite co-working facility coming in August 2025
“Strategically located next to Canadian Tire and with direct visibility from Highway 40, the project is designed to meet the growing demand for premium storage solutions in the area,” the release adds.
