Work progresses for phase one of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ont.

EllisDon Corp. began the three-storey project designed for LEED Gold in August 2009 and the facility will include classrooms, lounges, research/program centres, offices, meeting rooms, laboratories, a library, and an auditorium. The architect/primary consultant is Hariri Pontarini Architects and structural consultant is Halcrow Yolles.

Subtrades include: Blue-Con Inc. (site services); Harris Rebar; CBM (concrete); Turner-Murray Contractors Inc.; ULMA Construction Systems Canada Ltd.; London Caulking and Installation Ltd.; Lambton Metal Service 1600832 Ontario Ltd. and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
