Window installation moves up at the River City West Don Lands Phase Two condominiums in Toronto, Ont.
Builder/developer Urban Capital Property Group along with Bluescape Construction Management Inc. has completion of the project designed for LEED Gold certification scheduled for early 2015. The work includes one 13-storey building with 250 units, and it will share the amenities with the first phase. The architects are Saucier + Perrotte Architects and ZAS Architects Inc.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural) and Smith + Andersen Consulting Engineers (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Salit Steel (rebar); Avenue Structures; CBM (concrete); Village Masonry; 4 Star Drywall; Dolvin Mechanical; Nortown Electrical Contractors; BluWater Construction (siding); All Railings (misc. metals); Quest Window Systems Inc.; Duron Ontario (roofing) and CEE Elevators.
