ANTIGONISH, N.S.
Two construction workers have been taken to hospital after falling from scaffolding at Nova Scotia’s St. Francis Xavier University.
A spokeswoman for the provincial Labour Department says the men were standing on scaffolding at the site of two new residences in Antigonish when it collapsed.
Chrissy Matheson says occupational health and safety officials are investigating. It’s unclear how far the men fell, and the extent of their injuries is not known.
