Façade work is underway on the Picasso on Richmond condominium project in Toronto, Ont.
Developers/owners The Goldman Group and Monarch Corporation have completion of the 39-storey project with 400 units and two levels of underground parking scheduled for 2016. The project will include retail on the ground floor, a fitness room, sports lounge, a party room that opens to an outdoor terrace and the tenth floor will have a hot tub, tanning decks, BBQ area and outdoor fireplace. The project was designed by Teeple Architects and the interior designer is Union31. Subtrades include: Michael Bros Excavating and Italform Limited (formwork).
