Construction is progressing on the Fuse Condominiums in Toronto, Ont.
The developer is Fuse Development Corp. and the construction manager is TMG Builders Inc. The project includes one 27-storey tower built behind the original warehouse that will have a Food Basics grocery store and a Shopper’s Drug Mart and one 23-storey tower with a bank branch. There will be approximately 580 units in total and two levels of underground parking in each tower. The third floor will have a wellness gym, yoga studio, lounge/library, a theatre, and an event room with an outdoor terrace. The project was designed by Barrett Architects Inc. and consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and CSEI Comfort Solutions (mech/elec). Subtrades include: JMS Forming Ltd.; RES Precast Inc.; Campoli Electric Ltd.; Associated Mechanical Trades Inc. and Aluminum Window Designs Ltd.
