Below-grade waterproofing and raft slab work is progressing for the Art Shoppe Lofts and Condos on Yonge Street in Toronto.

Freed Developments Ltd. and CD Capital Developments are the owners/developers and completion is scheduled for the end of 2018. Toddglen Construction along with Firstcon Group are constructing the 28-storey, 624-unit tower. The project will also have a six-storey podium with two floors of retail/commercial, a party room, lounge, infinity pool, saunas, theatre, games room and a rooftop garden. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are Jabonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical); Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior) and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (landscape).
