Construction is ongoing at the Kingston&Co condominiums on Kingston Road in Toronto.

TAS Design Build and Main & Main along with Bird Construction are constructing the eight-storey building that will step up to 10-storeys on the west side with 144 units. The project will have a yoga studio, a fitness centre and a party room on the second floor with retail on the ground floor. The rooftop terrace will feature private bed gardens and communal growing space along with outdoor dining and a barbecue area. The project was designed by Teeple Architects and Mason Studio is the interior designer. Subtrades include: Summit Forming Ltd. (formwork); Malfar Mechanical Inc. (mechanical); Centennial Electric Group (electrical); WJ Waterproofing (waterproofing/roofing); Advanced Precast Inc. (Precast); Sky Window Technologies (Windows); and Limen Group (Masonry).
