Geza has practiced construction law for over 30 years, representing the spectrum of the industry, including owners (ICI, residential), lenders, general contractors (ICI, residential), trade contractors (including: mechanical, electrical, sheet metal, drywall, forming, specialty steel, elevators), suppliers (including: electrical equipment, lumber, drywall, exterior cladding, millwork, tile & terrazzo), architectural and engineering professionals, testing companies and sureties.
Geza has spent a considerable portion of his practice devoted to the facilitation and mediation of construction and industry disputes. He is an active member of the Canadian Construction Association. In 2011 he received the Donald P. Giffin Construction Achievement Award from the Toronto Construction Association.
