Giovanni has been the executive director of the Ontario Sewer and Watermain Contractors Association (OSWCA) since February 2014, he also is the executive director of the Greater Toronto Sewer and Watermain Contractors Association. The OSWCA represents 800 member companies from across Ontario, with the primary thrust of its work being excavation and construction of underground infrastructure and representing the water and wastewater construction sector as the voice for the industry.
