SMS: RFQ Contractor - General Contractor Qualifications VOR

Scope

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Toronto, Ontario. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. Plexxus on behalf of the Purchasers for the purpose of soliciting Proposals from interested Proponents for the creation of a regional VOR list that is primarily leverageable by the Purchasers for the provision of services by general contractors. The regional Vendor of Record (VOR) pools are listed below and may be leverageable by: - All Plexxus Member and Customer hospitals - Publicly funded health care organization - All other publicly funded organizations. The purpose of this RFSQ is to prequalify various construction firms licensed in the Province of Ontario to act as a general contractor, providing construction, renovation and co-ordinating services for infrastructure renovation and new construction projects. It is also expected that the Prequalified Proponent(s) will have the capacity to provide construction/renovations services to complete a diverse range of infrastructure projects, including but not limited to interior/exterior renovations and new construction activities. The Purchasers make no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned to any successful Proponent(s). Second stage requests to the Prequalified Proponents will be issued on an as and when required basis. The frequency or volume of second stage requests is unknown. Proponents that have previously supplied services for the Purchaser or those that are currently supplying services for the Purchaser must also participate in this RFSQ process in order to qualify for the VOR List. Proponents that do not participate in this RFSQ process to become prequalified to be listed on the VOR List may be excluded from future opportunities during the term of the VOR List. Submissions must be received before October 20, 2022; 2:00pm. EST. All proponents must submit responses online through OTP only. Submissions received after the submission's deadline or in any other manner, will not be considered.
