The work covered by this contract consists mainly, but not limited to, certain interior redevelopment work and the expansion work of the research infrastructures of Coalia (formerly known as CTMP) located at 671 Boulevard Frontenac West, Thetford Mines, QC G6G 1N1. In collaboration with the Cégep de Thetford, the expansion of approximately 500m2 will accommodate new research infrastructures including an oven and mineral chemistry laboratory, a powder characterization laboratory, a nanotechnology laboratory, a microscopy and spectroscopy laboratory , a mining blade workshop and a conference room. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
