Scope

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility. Designated U3-16 Museum Station Second Exit/Entrance and Easier Access, consists of the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to construct a Second Exit/Entrance to the Subway Station, construct new service rooms, elevator shafts and installation of elevators and associated equipment, new stairs and escalator from concourse to platform level, signage, mechanical and electrical Work, civil Work including traffic control, hoarding and fencing, road pavement, Site servicing, temporary and permanent utilities, landscaping, and all other related Works.
