SMS: Kingston East, Contractor Directed Maintenance Contract

Scope

CONTRACTOR DIRECTED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT in the Kingston East area within East Region. This CONTRACTOR DIRECTED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT will include the management and supervision of winter and summer routine maintenance work of Provincial Highways, including some minor rehabilitation work. In the vicinity of the communities of Kingston, Bath, Gananoque, Brockville, Prescott, Cornwall, Spencerville, and Kemptville. Required Pre-qualification: Available Tier Rating of $16M in AM Area Maintenance. Contractors not having a qualification rating should refer to the Request for Proposal document. Applications for qualification will not be accepted for tendering purposes after 12:00 noon on the last business day of the preceding week prior to the tender closing date. The Tender Registration Form submission deadline is: March 29th, 2024 12:00 PM (EST) Question Deadline: 03/27/2024 at 3:00 PM ET To assist in proposal preparation, Ministry staff will be available to answer questions at a Pre-Submission Meeting for all prospective Proponents, which will be held on: February 21, 2024 at 10:15 AM (EST) This meeting will be held via teleconference or video-conference. Necessary available financial rating is $16,000,000 in AM. Necessary available maximum workload rating is $16,000,000.
