Scope
New construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Napanee, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 118,256-square-foot, three-story above grade, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility. The Board invites Tenders from General Contractors for the Construction of a new 118,256 sq ft Long-Term Care Facility and Renovations in the Hospital Kitchen. Construction is slated to begin in mid-July of 2023 and Building Occupancy in April 2025, or earlier. The Building Permit has been paid for and obtained by the owner. Submissions must also include a completed General Contractor's Qualification Statement on CCDC-11, the latest edition. Indicate previous experience of working on a Nursing Home and C.V. of key personnel to be involved in the Project. Refer to Instructions to Bidders for more details.
